Gas gangrene as a manifestation of endogenous Clostridium septicum infection

We present two cases of Clostridium septicum myonecrosis. An 18-year-old girl developed severe abdominal pain on day 7 after hospitalization for cytostatic treatment of acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
